Install Geany on Fedora 37 via commandline and Graphical User Interface


This article covers the different methods of installing Geany on Fedora 37. In fact, you can install it via the command line, the Software Center, and the Snap Store. Each of these methods has its own advantages and disadvantages, so it's up to you to decide which one works best for your needs.


How to uninstall Geany from Fedora 37 using the Graphical User Interface ?

You can also use the Graphical User Interface by following the below process:

  • Go to the Activities Overview.
  • Search for “Software” and open the Software application.
  • Select the Installed tab.
  • Find the Geany package in the list and click on it.
  • Click the Remove button.
  • Confirm the removal by clicking Remove again.
